Our Mission

The AI Safety Initiative at Rochester Institute of Technology is a vibrant group of both undergraduate and graduate students dedicated to reducing existential risks from advanced artificial intelligence through education, research and development.

We believe that ensuring the safe development of artificial intelligence is one of the most important challenges of our time.
